Form 2 Seller Disclosure Requirements

From 1 August 2025, Queensland sellers must provide a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement plus prescribed certificates before the buyer signs the contract. This guide outlines everything you need to prepare.

Important: Mandatory Disclosure

Failure to provide complete and accurate disclosure gives buyers the right to terminate the contract at any time before settlement, with a full refund of all money paid plus interest.
