About Baystone Legal
Our Story
The origins of Baystone Legal trace back to early March 2020, when Victor and Roy first met.
Through many discussions and shared experiences, Victor and Roy learnt they had aligned values and a common vision for what a modern law firm could be.
After nearly a year of planning, the two launched the law firm on 19 April 2021, initially trading as Solomons Legal, now Baystone Legal (from 1 December 2025).
From the beginning, their mission was clear: to build a firm that combines technical excellence with genuine client focus, leveraging technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more transparent legal services.
Today, Baystone Legal continues to grow, guided by the same principles that brought Victor and Roy together — a commitment to innovation, integrity, and exceptional outcomes for every client.
