A leasing partnership · Brisbane

Your leasing lawyers.

A leasing partnership for agents and property managers.

Problem solvers who build the relationship first.

A useful answer. Not just a legal one.

We are problem solvers first. When a leasing deal gets complicated, we look for the commercial way through — not a list of theoretical risks.

The best work starts with a relationship, not a transaction. We get to know you and how you work, so when your landlord clients need advice, we are already people you trust to give it.

A senior, commercially minded practice, we act for both landlords and tenants across commercial, retail and industrial leasing. Over time, we aim to become a trusted advisor to you and your landlord clients.

02

A coffee, on your terms

We take the time to understand how you work, the people you work with and what makes a useful legal partner.

03

A clear first matter

For the first matter, we quote a fixed fee upfront so everyone knows where they stand before work begins.

04

A relationship that grows

Over time, we aim to be a trusted advisor to you and the landlord clients who need a considered way through a leasing matter.

Clear expectations. At the outset.

We agree scope and quote a fixed fee upfront. These are our usual turnaround commitments, once we have the information needed to get started.
